KB-1 dual licensed, insured, and bonded, he brings a personal approach to helping clients turn their ideas into spaces they love. His focus is on quality workmanship, clear communication, and making clients feel comfortable throughout their project.
Outside of work, Julio is a husband and father who loves spending time with his family. Whether he’s hiking, staying active through fitness, or enjoying time together at home, family is at the heart of his life.
